- No one will judge you at yYoung.
- Seeking help doesn’t make you a lesser person.
At yYoung we believe that well-being consists of mental and physical wellness. One cannot be at their peak thriving condition if either of these is off-kilter. Throughout this pandemic, we have witnessed worldwide spikes in anxiety, suicide, depression, to name a few of the more prominent mental health issues. At yYoung, we believe in controlling the controllable, and we are here to help. Let’s start with you and your loved ones.
Mental health professionals in the government-funded sectors are currently inundated by sixteen-hour days and managing this influx the best they can. We salute them for their efforts. And we recognize while many people may need mental health aid, many more cannot afford $200/h fees, especially with such high unemployment rates currently.
We offer a sliding scale option and group therapy sessions with our wonderful clinical counsellor Heather Aikman.
We are offering a 10 min FREE consultation to ascertain the best course of treatment tailored for you!
